SHERLOCK joined the HEATING 2024 conference in Slovakia
Recently, the important, national conference HEATING 2024, ended in Horný Smokovec, Slovakia, lasting five days. This conference served as a pivotal gathering for experts in the realms of heating and energy, including designers, operators, investors, representatives of housing cooperatives and companies, communities of apartment owners, as well as officials from state administration, science, and research.
The event hosted a total of 450 participants eager to delve into the latest advancements and discussions within the field. HEATING 2024 had a diverse programme tailored to address the multifaceted aspects of heating and energy.
Each day was dedicated to a specific theme, comprising five distinct units:
· Energetics of Buildings
· Progressive Heat Production
· Alternative Energy Sources
· Automation in Heating Energy Services
Among the highlights of the conference was the introduction of SHERLOCK to the attentive audience. STUBA, SHERLOCK's project partner and organiser of the event, presented the project to the public. HEATING 2024 served as a platform for further discussion on what should be done in terms of energy efficiency strategies in Slovakia. Additionally, it provided the opportunity for national and local stakeholders and experts to become familiar with the project's objectives and future educational programs, fostering networking opportunities that enabled professionals to forge valuable connections and collaborations.
