The RES4CITY project, supported by the European Union, is reaching its conclusion with an exciting final event as part of the Energy and Sustainability Conference in Chania, Crete. This event will bring together experts, stakeholders, and key players from the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors to reflect on the outcomes of the project and discuss the next steps in addressing the skills gap in the renewable energy industry.

Key highlights of the event:
  • Presentations from leading experts on the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies.
  • Panel Discussion: “Bridging the Skills Gap in the Renewable Energy Sector” – A conversation about how we can train and support the professionals driving the energy transition.
  • Interactive session: Introduction to BoostMySkills and the microprogrammes and microcredentials developed by RES4CITY, designed to support the upskilling of the workforce in renewable energy.
The event will offer a platform to share ideas, explore real solutions, and move the energy transition forward. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with others in the field and be part of the conversation on the future of energy innovation.
